Went in to grab food as they will almost always mess my order up when going through the drive thru. Sat and waited for 10 minutes before we realized they haven’t even started our order. Finally my boyfriend goes to say something and get outright ignored 3 different times. Finally he gets her attention (she was just wiping down counters the whole time) and she like “oh sorry” and look at us like we were the rude ones even though in total we waited 15-17 minutes for one wrap.

almost always get my order right, but this last week they haven’t.I always order icedcapp with milk. normally they are good about remaking it when they make them with cream.however this morning the girl at the window told me it is definitely made with milk. you can obviously tell by the colour that it wasn’t so i made a face and drove away.i also got a bagel that was very burnt to the point of not eating it.this iced capp was definitely not made with milk so how about next time double check with the person who made it like they usually do.i’ll probably be choosing another restaurant for my morning coffee from now on

Went through the drive-thru ordered 1 chocolate milk and 6 walnut crunch donuts. Total would be ready at the window. Mumbled a total that sounded like $11+ change, Sounded about right - tapped my debit and left. Checked my bank account, Charged $21.43 at the drive-thru for 6 walnut chrunch donuts and 1 chocolate milk... Yikes!?

All good. But drive thru is terrible. Turning the corner to wide you will scratch your car or truck and that's if your truck even fits.

Had coffee spilled on me in the drive thru, when I called to ask about what the business would do for me, I was informed they do not offer dry cleaning at the owners request.So quite frankly, the owner and this entire franchise can take this 1 star review and I won't be returning to this location ever.Offering me a gift card??? How will that clean my fabric you messed up?I will have to drive across the city now to avoid having coffee spilt on me with no remorse.
The only thing still Canadian about this company, is the constant apologies.. about how bad their food and service are.

We originally thought we'd just have coffee but we decided we were hungry so decided on lunch. Service was very fast and accurate. We were all surprised at the economical value to our lunch and decided we would definitely choose"Timmies" again .Parking: Parking right in front of store but the store location is a busy one with only minimal parking available.Kid-friendliness: A good place for children as they would enjoy the Timbits and Hot ChocolateWheelchair accessibility: The location we were at is wheelchair accessible but inside the store is narrow if you have a large chair.

Pretty much every single time I go to this tim Hortons they mess up my order. One day I ordered an ice water with my order and they gave me a cup of ice with no water, the other 2 times water no ice, then today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. This is what I received.. I get that they need to be "quick" for drive through times but being quick over accuracy and good service should not be a priority. I often get a double double with vanilla and they have given me it with espresso instead of vanilla multiple times and when you mention it they act like your an inconvenience to them.
