If there is mobile order we have to wait to long for pickup because they are start preparing order when customer waiting for mobile order pickup. They always focus only on drive through not other customers. They are not friendly.

4 :oo and the place is empty almost no one in the drive thur. Watched him microwave my bun than toast it till it was burnt !! This took him 10 fricken minutes. Got my money back and left.

I don't even know what I ate today! First I ordered online so that I won't have to loose time. But when I entered the store, no one was doing my order, let alone it will brle ready. Then I had to ask the person who gave me the drink, then she realized and went to make a BBQ chicken loaded bowl, she made regular bowl, throwed BBQ sauce on top! So all the sauce mixed with rice and other things, the chicken and lettuce weren't even cut proposal, she just did her job anyhow and stashed the ingredients into the bowl! TIM is overrated now. They don't deserve customers anymore. They overcharges compared to their competitors and treats customer like garbage. No one wears the name tag. So couldn't get the names either. Looks like it was pre planned to do the job anyhow and no names!

The staff at the Skaha lake location are always so friendly and kind! I stop there quite frequently before going to work and alot of them even know what I usually order. Sometimes I'll surprise them and do something different but they always have big smiles on their faces and are so helpful! Elna and JR (I'm so sorry if i got your names wrong!) Are always so wonderful and cheerful, the rest of the staff are aswell but I do not know their names 😅 shout out to all the fantastic staff there! Thank you guys for your consistent great service!!
Had a great experience at Tim Hortons! The food was fresh, coffee perfectly brewed, and everything came out just the way I like it. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming — a perfect stop for a quick bite or coffee break.
