Not very welcoming . I ordered a xl French vanilla and my cup wasnt full it was missing over 1.5 inches of fluid this isn't the first time this has happened. I did the cup comparison and this xl is the amount of liquid it takes to fill a large cup.

The dude at the till was new and made a couple of mistakes, but I'm on vacation, and I admired the leader who was looking after him, she was really nice to him and was doing a really great job, I must say. He had a great attitude about everything too, so I'm also happy with him as well!
