Quick service. Love that they have a kiosk, which makes the line move even faster when its busy. And its super easy to use and I like that they have the option. Depending on what time you go will depend on how busy it is. Lots of free parking

Always same good quality. Coffee is the best drip coffee in Canada, unless you are a fan of shishi latte or cappuccino.

Even though we were the only ones in the dining area, it took forever for the staff to prepare our meal.

Tim Hortons on Fairview Road in Penticton is a convenient and reliable spot for a quick coffee or snack. The coffee and baked goods are fresh and satisfying, perfect for a mid-day pick-me-up. The location is easily accessible, though it can get busy during peak hours. The seating area is clean and functional, offering a comfortable place to relax briefly. Staff are friendly and efficient, making the visit smooth. It’s a great stop for anyone looking to grab a bite and recharge while on the go.

I went for dinner tonight to have the Thanksgiving stack after seeing the ad on TV. Nothing in the ad says it is only available until 4 pm. I then ordered chili. Not available ! Ordered broccoli cheese soup. Not available! Needless to say I left without ordering dinner. I also noticed another couple who came for chili and left without ordering anything. Why bother having a menu when it's not possible for customers to order what they want? A very disappointing experience.
The service was incredibly!!
The behind the counter staff were both so unhelpful and unfriendly. Like they didn’t want to be there. If you don’t like your job go away. Worst service ever in any Tim Hortons.
Get rid of the self serve kiosk they are the worst way to order. Touch screen on it barely works.
They helped everyone in the drive through before anyone came to the till.

Everyday the lobby is closed before 9 and i am told they are short staff and owner told them to clean lobby. Then please change time of dine-in hours.

I rarely write negative reviews, but holy cow. I've come here 3 times in the last month, each time they've forgotten an item I've ordered. Today was the same. The hash brown I got was cold, and stuck to the paper, essentially making me eat it off the paper if I wanted it at all. The staff are very friendly though, no issue with them. But be more attentive to orders.
