Very rude atmosphere. My instructor was using the washroom about as he was existing the bathroom they banged on the door broadcasting that he's been in there for a long time when it was about seven minutes as he embarrassingly had to explain he was having intestinal issues. Was going to grab himself a rasin bran muffin and a green tea on our way out but instead calmly left embarrassed and won't be returning. The worst part is besides me sitting and waiting there were only two other people in the store and no one as she claimed actually had to use the bathroom. Ps she also didn't properly lock the door after buzzing him in and caught him on the toilet within the first two minutes apologizing and closing the door only to return embarrassing him 5 minutes later. Went rhough the driver thru twice today for orders for two separate parties. Jerome at the window both times was terrific! He was efficient, humorous and mad ethe transcations smooth, especially my 2nd order with 5 large coffees (milk and sugar on the side in a separate bag), and 2 dozen donuts. I recommend this location and hope Jerome gets a promotion!!!

Came home to realize they didnt even grill or cook my farmers wrap. It’s raw. Tried calling for 10 minutes and no answer.

Update: They remade it and apologized no problem. The photos are the difference between what i got before and after i asked for a new one. Don’t settle for less. Keep our timmies standard high folks

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great atmosphere, great service, and great food. The staff here don’t judge people by appearance, even if you’re younger, wearing a hoodie, or baggy clothes. They treat you with the same respect you give them. Can’t say a single bad thing about this place. Solid 5 stars.

Great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff were very friendly and provided quick service. I requested to have a table cleaned and they responded promptly. I also mentioned that the hand wash soap was empty, and they took immediate action to refill it. Really appreciated how attentively they listened and took care of everything without delay. Excellent service overall!

I visit Penticton 2-3 times a year and I never seems to fail that every time I go to this location (strictly out of convenience now) the staff have attitude, no one smiles, snotty comments, and the food/drinks are made wrong most of the time! Absolutely horrible customer service.

Very accommodation and excellent prices. Donut was baked too long but had perfect glaze.
Ordered a grill cheese, took a bite and tasted mold so I looked at the bread to find spots of mold on it.
Clearly under new ownership and it shows! Fresh, quick and friendly. Best one in town now
Used the drive thru, order was served quickly and without mistake.
Don’t bother, you pay an arm and a leg for them to get your food wrong. Make it at home, at least you get what you want.
