Great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff were very friendly and provided quick service. I requested to have a table cleaned and they responded promptly. I also mentioned that the hand wash soap was empty, and they took immediate action to refill it. Really appreciated how attentively they listened and took care of everything without delay. Excellent service overall!

I visit Penticton 2-3 times a year and I never seems to fail that every time I go to this location (strictly out of convenience now) the staff have attitude, no one smiles, snotty comments, and the food/drinks are made wrong most of the time! Absolutely horrible customer service.

Thank you to the lovely lady that answered the phone at this Tim Hortons location. My friend is in the Penticton hospital and really wanted a coffee. I am in Vancouver so I decided to Skip him some. I couldn’t get a hold of my friend and I didn’t know what he wanted in his coffee so I ordered 2. One black and one with cream and sugar. He later got back to me and said he could only have cream and Splenda. The order hadn’t gone out with the driver yet so I called the Tim Hortons, told her my story and she said she would gladly change the sugar to Splenda. My friend texted me and told me he got the coffees just the way he liked 😊
Thank you so much for changing the sugars for me at the last minute and for being so kind! It may seem like a small thing but it meant a lot.
Tim Hortons is my favorite, I wish they had one in Spokane Washington. We go every time we are in Canada. Their coffee, doughnuts, and everything they serve are always fresh and delicious.

Despite the policy of all day Breakfast at ANY TIMS being posted all over online, the employees of this Tim's have decided that they only serve breakfast until 4. I have been to every other Tim Hortons in this town and have been served breakfast with no problems at any time of day except this one. For some reason this location makes up their own rules and does not follow store policy at all. When we asked when this change was made we were completely ignored. I will not be returning to this location as it is the worst location in all of Penticton.
