Thank you to the lovely lady that answered the phone at this Tim Hortons location. My friend is in the Penticton hospital and really wanted a coffee. I am in Vancouver so I decided to Skip him some. I couldn’t get a hold of my friend and I didn’t know what he wanted in his coffee so I ordered 2. One black and one with cream and sugar. He later got back to me and said he could only have cream and Splenda. The order hadn’t gone out with the driver yet so I called the Tim Hortons, told her my story and she said she would gladly change the sugar to Splenda. My friend texted me and told me he got the coffees just the way he liked 😊
Thank you so much for changing the sugars for me at the last minute and for being so kind! It may seem like a small thing but it meant a lot.

Tim Hortons is my favorite, I wish they had one in Spokane Washington. We go every time we are in Canada. Their coffee, doughnuts, and everything they serve are always fresh and delicious.

Despite the policy of all day Breakfast at ANY TIMS being posted all over online, the employees of this Tim's have decided that they only serve breakfast until 4. I have been to every other Tim Hortons in this town and have been served breakfast with no problems at any time of day except this one. For some reason this location makes up their own rules and does not follow store policy at all. When we asked when this change was made we were completely ignored. I will not be returning to this location as it is the worst location in all of Penticton.

Sat at the counter for about 10 mins while every employee ignored me, or just went off to go talk to their family... I just want a doughnut before work! Stop making it so hard

I just went to there at 430 pm there were customers inside who obviously just ordered and they wouldn't let me in, or tell me why or even come up to the door and say anything. Someone inside asked for me and they ignored/didn't answer her. I like to go in to see what actually available because they're usually out of a lot of item which the shelves were mostly empty. It says on the door it's supposed to be open till 8pm every night and the drive thru open till 1030. Very rude won't be going back

The workers are kind, but the lines are incredibly slow, regardless of the amount of customers in it. Ordering takes a while as well, often having to repeat myself or get something remade.

Phoned a order in for 8 was told to come in 10 minutes to pick up went 15 minutes later got there and waited another 15 minutes for our order got back to work and found we only got 7 instead of 8 we called back and we're apologize to and told to come back right away I got there in 5 minutes I was told my order wasn't ready I wait another 10 by this time I am getting ticked off so I ask the manager where my lunch is she says there busy and leaves after waiting another. 10 I cancelled my order I had to get back to work left angry and hungry
