I used to love the garlic parm fries. I just ate some the amount of fries was really low. Too much sauce and so salty. The portions are wayy smaller 15 fries really?? Will not be back:(

The people behind the counter were great. One employee in particular made a mistake on our order. He made the wrong flavour milkshake. Instead of just replacing it, he gave up the incorrect flavor as well as the replacement. This helped alleviate any potential meltdowns from the kids lol...

This is by far my favorite fast food burger place, their food is always good never dripping in grease and a great value. The staff are always unbelievably friendly, polite and really go the extra mile. Over the years it hasn't lost its quality burger joint vibe and the burgers don't get smaller like some places.

Definitely heading in the wrong direction. We won't be back. Used to be one of our Friday night go to's. Food quality and prep was poor. They forgot the cheese so they put slices on a paper plate. Their oil needs to be changed. Fries and onion rings not good. Hamburger bun super doughy and then slimey on the inside. No drinks. No extras and it was $35+ for 2 veggie burgers. One sweet potato fry and one onion rings.

Me and my family had such a wonderful time going there for lunch yesterday. The food came out quickly and we were even asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. the young ladie working gave my daughter a free cheesecake since it was her birthday, I think her name was Mitch. The food was hot and fresh when it came out, Triple O's has the best food and service in penticton!
I love getting a sunny start on my mornings when I can, but Chloe just raised the bar today! I went to the drive through for my typical order and she asked if I wanted real cheddar in it... and what a difference it made. I'll be asking for it this way every time from now on.

Our burgers were good but the Parmesan fries were soooo bad. Back home in Chilliwack they make them very very differently with a garlic Parmesan sauce, I’m surprised they are not made the same at all triple O’s. These fries were coated in a powder with a small amount of melted Parmesan cheese on top in the centre. So gross. The lady who took our order was very kind thankfully but the tables in the seating area were all filthy and I had to clean my own table so my family could sit and eat. Not a great experience. Just passing through Penticton. Won’t eat at this location ever again.
