Liked their COBB SALAD initally. However since new owner I do not go there anymore. They use the cut off ends of the tomato in the salad rather than throw them out. This is a turn off for me.

Clerk who was running the order desk was not properly trained. Supervisor didn't fare much better when she took over. Not willing to fix screwed up order. Very disappointing visit.

When I ask for a straw to go with my drink I Expect to get one as it is very on sanitizing to drink from the lid I’m not very impressed with this because I don’t know who’s had their hands on my lid so I expect to have a straw to drink

Service was friendly. The music inside kept cutting in and out. If you can tune out sound then sit inside. The Food was good.

The food and service was good but within two minutes everything was ice cold. Thinking we would sit in being it is -7 outside to stay warm we were very mistaken. With the furnace or ac blowing full blast it was colder. I for one will not be backšŸ™

Every time I come into the drive-through at night there’s always some sort of attitude problem with the person on the speaker as well as when you get up to the window I would just like to be able to order my burgers in peace is that really too much ask, I really do love my bacon burger so I will continue to come to Wendy’s but hopefully they train the staff on how to serve customers properly because honestly it’s not a hard job

Horrible experience yesterday ordered through uber at first the order came late and then it was cold which is not Wendy’s fault…however my favourite poutine which I Was craving was so salty I couldn’t even had 3 bites…horrible my 16 bucks went to drains..do not order from this place …u can literally feel they don’t care…some one added extra salt to the order

Terrible service. The gentleman at the drive thru window wasn’t paying attention to my order i watched them make my burger wrong and asked to remake as I wanted no tomato add onion they took it bad and remade it… still wrong, also asked for ghost pepper ranch dip and got none so there’s my fries wasted as well as I won’t eat them without the dip,I left town and realized after. I called and apparently there’s nothing they can do? I just wasted my money on food I wasn’t able to eat.
