The food was excellent, and that's an understatement. I find it really hard to find high-quality Chinese food these days. Often, it's just breaded, over sauced, and leaves you with an upset stomach afterward. Every dish we had was great and the restaurant is actually quite nice. I highly recommend it.

I'd rate it 10 stars if I could. I can't say enough about Wild Ginger.....the food is absolutely amazing. Homemade, fresh, full of flavour and big portions. Theres something for everyone (my kids all have their favorite dishes from here too) and they have always been able to accomodate dietary restrictions we have had. We have never been disappointed ordering from here (only have had take out/delivery) and often order from here when choosing somewhere for our take out nights! Sometimes the wait is a few minutes longer, but it's worth it! 100% recommend.

The food is always piping hot, fresh and super tasty. We would never miss coming to the Wild Ginger when we come to Penticton a couple times a year!!
5 stars for flavours-from the Thai red curry to the Chinese style chicken and vegetable stir fry (added a side of rice) Vegetables were fresh and still had texture, lots of chicken in the stir fry and portions are substantial-good for sharing but more than enough for one person with a big appetite. Casual, minimalist interior, it was a full house but still quiet enough to enjoy table conversation. Robot waiter was cool and the people servers were prompt and friendly too!

Large portion sizes are great for a family and sharing. Prices are decent, too. I did find the food kinda bland for Chinese. The lighting wasn't the best. It was darker than I perfer but table sizes and spacing was good.

Wife and I went to wild gingers a little while ago. The meal was cold when it came. We said to each other we wouldn't come back. We'll today. Friday we decided to try it again. 6 people came in after us and all got served their food. I asked the girl where are food was. She checked and came back and said the kitchen ran out of paper. What ever that meant. So another 15 minutes and finally got our meal. Anyway we aren't going back again. They didn't seem to care

Beef chow mean tasted like fish. Rolls were burnt. Post stickers were dry and chewy. Tasted like costco frozen cooked in microwave and then reheated. Restaurant was chaotic. Customer service was completely absent. Do not go!
