Interesting visit.
We were served immediately by a lovely young lady named Candace. She was friendly and conscientious and always came to the table with a smile, despite being what I would call bullied by a gentleman in a turban. I observed this man being rude to her. I was shocked.
When she returned to our table, I asked her who he was, and she stated he was the boss. Yikes! I'm not sure how this person retains staff with the way he treats them.
The food was good, and my son ate the pickles appy and both the Jakarta Heat wings and the Bobby wings. Though he had to sign a waiver, he ate the entire order without a problem. They're not as hot as the menu makes them seem. I had one, too. Regardless of the heat, they're very tasty. Often, heat replaces flavor, but not these. These were really hot with lots of flavor.
For an appy, I got the spinach dip. It was piping hot and flavorful. I also ordered a dual flavor order of wings with Louisiana Sweet and Fiji Flame. They were both really tasty.
The appies were bigger than expected, so I had to take most of my wings home.
Candace was an exceptional server. I hope she is appreciated more by the "boss," and he stops bullying the staff. Seems like a toxic workplace. It left uncomfortable and with a really bad impression. I won't be back for that reason. Candace is the only reason I give this place any stars at all.
Good luck Candace, you're going to need it to work with a guy like that. Yuck.

I read the review that Karen wrote about Beverly and I have to say Karen truly shows she knows nothing about Beverly and or being a server. Not only has Beverly served me but she is a trooper, an example to all servers. I watch her work the room paying close attention to everything that is going on. She never missed a beat all while maintaining a smile making everyone smile at the same time. Wings is the place to be and as all the servers are top shelf Beverly is the shelf holding everything up with a great personality and inviting smile.

Was there at 2140pm
They close at 2200pm
The server refused to serve us (party of 8). Which will bring the business up and her tips.
Instead we order take out.

Modern and new place, with plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sport in the best way. The wings were good, although I would have preferred them a bit softer and with a small side dish, but still a good dinner. The price was absolutely average.

Excellent wings. I had the hot BBQ wings. Will definitely order again. Good amount of hot! Others had Greek dry rub and Chipotle. Also very good.

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to be ghosted in a restaurant, head over to Wings in Penticton. We sat outside so long, I started to wonder if I’d accidentally become part of a social experiment on human patience.
Our waitress was apparently on a personal mission to ignore us. She wandered past us so many times, I thought we’d been cast in a live-action game of “Where’s Waldo?”. After playing a seemingly eternal game of hide and seek with us, she finally took our order.
Our food arrived on a plate that looked like it had just survived a bar brawl. I guess they thought adding a little danger to our meal would spice things up. Ever tried eating wings while wondering if your next bite might include a shard of ceramic? It’s a real thrill, let me tell you.
In short, if you’re looking for a restaurant where the service is as broken as the dishes, Wings in Penticton is your go-to. For everyone else, save yourself the trouble and just stay home—you’ll get better service from your microwave.

1st time in this establishment. We were very pleased with the large selection to choose from. Lots of wing flavors, hard to decide. Fish and chips were incredible. Lots of both. The parm fries...omg so scrumptious. Our server was attentive and the food came in good time. Hot and tasty. We will return.

Food is mediocre; have tried several of their items and was never blown away. It’s fine food but nothing super great. Service however is horrible. Every waitress my friends and I have had was rude, neglecting our table so we waited 30 minutes to place an order while we watched other tables get served multiple times , forgetting our order where we had to ask several times for something, and being short and snippy with us. If it wasn’t for trivia we would not go back. Especially after last night, are looking elsewhere to go. Shame cause we are always a big group so they just lost a chunk of business.
