The staff is usually nice to me but I’ve seen them act up with other customers. The fountain drinks suck they never have the choices that are offered also which 7/11 doesnt have ice tea or lemonade for their fountain drinks it’s so annoying , I told them to post a sign to say what they have and don’t have. half the slurpees are either not working or running out it’s hit and miss. I wish i could give them 0 stars. I dont know howcome they are still in business. Customer service is tremendously awful. They dont know how to talk to the customers at all. The girl working at 12pm today is super rude as if she is doing a favour to us doing her job. Whenever i call them to talk to the manager they would either say he/she is in a meeting or their store is busy right now abd they would call me later. I have been here 3 times already and with those 3 visit I have only experience good customer service once. There is no customer service at all and most of the (at all most of them) stuffs are really rude to customers especially one elderly Asian worker that doesn’t even say thank you to you no greetings too.
