Great experience from start to finish. The boat was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as expected. The staff were friendly and professional, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend and would definitely rent from them again!

We loved our time on Sprout Lake - easy to find the location (note an extra charge for parking your car whilst there) Loading was stress free and our orientation was thorough. Once out on the water we felt fully supported if we needed anything, including a boat shuttle out for a guest that left early. Being the only outfitters on the lake we had so much space when choosing beaches to dock and felt undisturbed. Check in and out/payment and off-boarding was smooth. One of our guests left a phone on the water taxi and we left a paddleboard on the boat! The team were super prompt in calling so we had only driven 10mins before having to u--turn ;) The hot tub was super clean, the slide was super fun and I'm sure any family/party or in our case frinds-gathering would be stoked to spend a long weekend on the water with this outfit. We'll be back and would recommend Sproat to everyone

We had such a great experience renting kayaks and paddleboards! The booking process was super easy, the equipment was in excellent condition, and everything was ready to go when we arrived. The staff were really friendly and helpful, giving us tips on the best spots to paddle and making sure we felt comfortable before heading out. The location was perfect! calm waters, beautiful scenery, and plenty of space to explore. We’ll definitely be coming back next time!

We loved the wake surf experience at Fish and Duck. Our driver/coach, Jamie, was EXCELLENT and helped made the day so enjoyable for us. The sunshine, water, and vibes were absolutely perfect. The boat is advertised as fitting up to 15 guests, but we were glad to have a smaller group of 3 as it meant we each got to spend a ton of time wake surfing. Thanks for an amazing day on Sproat!

Just rented this houseboat with a bunch of my friends we had a lovely time BUT very sad about the condition of the boat when adverted there’s a hot tub don’t think it means it works . We cleaned it every single night and it was disgusting nobody put more then there knees down I spent my own money on a skimmer why would a hot tub not have a skimmer?? The entire lid was held together by tuck tape so nasty stuff just is falling to the hottub
For only 10 of us this place was COZY definitely would be difficult to fit 15 some People slept on the roof with blankets cuz it was more comfortable then the beds
On there checklist it says they have to check the lights before every trip. Only one half of our lights and outlets worked.
The gate needs to be maintained better when you close a gate it should be closed and not have to force it shut.
Wonderful time but the price point for what your paying does not correlate
please maintain your houseboats and if They are not up to par fix it or discount it . I will never be paying to come here again

Had a great time with my 12 friends on our house boat. Beautiful views, Great experience. BUT we were really looking forward to using our hot tub… unfortunately, it was disgusting, even after refilling and blasting with the hose multiple times, there was this foggy white film everywhere! No one felt comfortable putting their body in. Only dipped our feet. We went out and bought stuff to clean it… didn’t work. I found a used bandaid in the corner of my room. 1/4 of our lights and outlets didn’t work on the boat. For the price we paid they should be taking care of those boats better.. So many things they could have fixed in 15 or less minutes. Not one gate opened and closed properly. I hope they use our money from our rental to do some maintenance.
Also. Tight sleeping for 12 people I couldn’t imagine 15 unless you’re travelling with small children. Also they need to get a new sofa bed. It pulls out but I think maybe it was built wrong?

The lake is beautiful. Houseboat was a great adventure! The space says 15 people we were 13 , still it was tight for sleeping . Mattresses were not comfortable. It could be better if the sleep could be better! Recommendation to owner to replace mattresses and sofa bed!

boats were not up to par. the motor kept stalling. we had to call the staff every other hour on my stag to get someone to repair and fix the engine cause it kept.failing and stopping. Fun but not worth the money if were going to have faulty engines consistently.
