I love to support local, but recently, in the past 3 months or so, every time I go to buy an item that I use regularly, it is always out of stock. I keep asking if they will bring the item in, and they say yes, I go back a couple of weeks later, a couple of months later, and still nothing. There are some items that I can not switch out for others due to ingredients. I'm starting to give up on them, unfortunately. I also noticed that they are opting for cheaper, more toxic brands.

Its a very cool store with an huge selection of goods. Prices vary but as usual its hard to find prices at local stores that match online stores. If you’re looking to support local they have everything from supplements for the gym to loose teas and baking items.

Had brought my wheel in to get a new tube and my trainer tire put on. The next day it was a bit soft, but I didn’t think too much of it. A couple more rides on the trainer and it was very soft. Pumped it back up, did my ride and this morning it was flat. Was a brand new tube! Took it in this afternoon and they looked at it and there was a hole in the tube. They replaced the tube free of charge and hopefully, the problem is solved! Very grateful for the pleasant and efficient service and would recommend them! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Tony in the bike shop is incredibly helpful! I came in with questions feeling a little d*** and he was very kind. Would 100% recommend if looking for a bike or needing any repairs.
Black people are not welcome at this store apparently. My wife went to pick up some hair products and was harassed and treated like a thief. We will be going to Nanaimo for natural products from now on, hopefully the stores there have employees who have seen a black person before.
