Normally we have good experiences at Papa Johns. Monday night was a different experience though. We ordered 5 large pizzas, breadsticks and two orders of 16 wings. We were all watching the Stanley cup game and live decently close to Papa Johns so our teens walked to grab the food during the intermission. When they got back after waiting a really long time we realized that the orders of the wings were both parmesan garlic, which normally I wouldn’t care or even complain about...

Ordered through the website, website is slow and clumsy to navigate. Food was made very quickly for pick up.. they said 25 mins and it was ready in 15 mins. Food was fresh and hot but very lacking in any flavour. Food was bland and lacking in toppings. 3 of us ate it and none of us cared for it. 1st time ordering here as we wanted to switch it up and try something different but we won't order here again. Overall I appreciated the quick service and the front of house staff...
