Great service all time
The whole company is messed up. I’m afraid that staff are overworked, they don’t give full time 2 days off in a row very often to relax 1 day and get personal things done the next.
The employees schedule is changed with no prior contact or at least the company asking if they could change it the day before instead of letting the employee get up at 3am to get to work for 5am and then be told , Oh no, your schedule was changed. You’re working at 9am instead.

Sunday, dec5th at approx 230pm we went through the drive thru to get lunch for our kids, the women on the com was extremely rude and condescending. she had NO patients and had a very rude tone. half way through our order I said you know what, nevermind we will go somewhere else. when we got to the window, my husband asked her name and she refused to give it to us. Tim Hortons is a decent location with friendly and efficient staff. The food selection is not very diverse, but the breakfast sandwich was fresh and tasty. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained with a comfortable atmosphere. The outstanding customer service consistently exceeds expectations, making every visit a great experience. They have kid-friendly options and wheelchair accessibility. Recommended for a quick coffee or a bite to eat.
