The restaurant is also praised for its kind staff and excellent cocktails. One dish that stands out is the Thai Chicken Salad, which features a fabulous dressing and could be improved with the addition of cooked Asian noodles, peanuts, crushed cashews, and avocado.
Unfortunately, the Bahn Voyage sandwich is no longer on the menu, much to the disappointment of some customers. However, the staff have been commended for their exceptional customer service, such as writing out the ingredients and recipe for the Bahn Voyage sandwich for customers to attempt to recreate at home.
In addition, there are requests to bring back the Beetnik pizza. A customer was able to successfully recreate the Bahn Voyage sandwich at home using the recipe provided by the staff, resulting in a delicious and satisfying meal. Overall, Twin City Brewing Company is a standout establishment for its quality beer, incredible pizza, and great service.
