Went their to pickup uber order I was calling them on pickup counter and the guy was keep ignoring. Pretending like he’s not listening to anything and was busy in his phone. I waited 30 minutes and even ringed the bell. Worst team ever, should train them how to treat customers as well as delivery drivers.

She went above and beyond to make sure a situation was rectified and personally took the time to offer help. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and compassionate in customer service. Used to order BP for decades but it got way too expensive ($40 a pizza). Lured by the BOGO 50% off promo, we ordered twice from this location and both times I had digestive issues. Maybe it is the sauce on the Tropical Chicken or the cheese they switched to is processed (my stomach doesn't tolerate processed cheese). I am not sure. But I won't be eating here again. It's a shame because most pizza in this area is absolute garbage and BP used to be one of the better ones.

Went to go to for dinner, was there around 8pm and was not impressed. No one greeted us when we walked in, while we stood there waiting for someone to greet us. The only employee we could see was behind the bar, and she didn’t acknowledge our presence in any way. Walked out without ever interacting with a staff member. Will not be returning as this has been a pattern from our last few attempts to eat at a Boston Pizza.

We come here quite often and really enjoy the lounge as there are a ton of tv’s with lots of options and very laid back. The food is good overall with some decent options. More fast food than anything unique but good. We always get amazing service from Kiersten who is really amazing and personable. She definitely makes you feel welcome and appreciated.

Had a great experience at Boston Pizza! The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a casual night out. The menu has a ton of variety, whether you're in the mood for pizza, pasta or something lighter, there’s something for everyone. We ordered a few different dishes to share and everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Definitely a solid spot for good food and a laid-back vibe. Will be back!

She is an old lady dressed in regular clothes, and treated my entire table with passive aggression. She showed no kindness or patience for my Mexican father, who speaks little English
