I am sorry B.P ..the last few times we ordered food it was really awful 😞 The pizza had no cheese no flavour and was like cardboard. The artichoke spinach dip was salty ..watery and had not one artichoke and barely any spinach..maybe two small pieces. We will not be returning to this location again. Very expensive and very poor quality.

Kriersten at Boston Pizza was fantastic! She was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our food came out exactly as ordered, and she checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. Great service like hers is why we’ll definitely be back!

I’m surprised I’ve never done a review of this location. First the atmosphere is beautiful with lots of decor and separate areas great for groups. We have been lucky to have gotten to know and be served by such an amazing lovely lady that works here Kiersten. She never forgets us and she is so amazing. If you come sit in her section ! You’ll have such an amazing fun experience. The food has always been just incredible in over 3 years and the staff as well have all been welcoming. We absolutely love it when we get to come here. By far of all the Boston Pizza we’ve Been to over the years. We love this one and will continue to visit.

Visited with a table of 11.. none of the children liked their choices despite choosing what they usually like. Double order of wings had 4 times more meat than a single order for another person. Ribs were tough and the group overall agreed that the food wasn't worth it.

Customer service doesn't exist, don't be surprised if you have to actually ask for utensils, forget getting welcome water ...food is cold and made with absolute low quality ingredients... And servers are frequently ghosting the costumers....and they look like you owe them something..anyways..Think about an alternative.. you won't be impressed here ... you've been told !
Every other time i’ve been to Boston Pizza i’ve been treated so well, but tonight i cannot say the same. I was seated by a young blonde teen who was unfriendly. Then my party and i sat there for 15 minutes without any service, no server came to our table even when the light on the menu fold was on. They were all sitting at a table watching a baseball game aswell as the people in the back . We ended up walking out again after 15 minutes again of being ignored. i’m very disappointed.

Poutine was like combination of Walmart French fries with gravy in cans! Taco fish was like combination of Walmart fish in box(great value package) with same french fries from same store. Worst restaurant experience ever! I have been in Boston pitza branches in Saskatchewan,Alberta and I never had such a poor experience! Waste of money and stomach.
