Charlie's Chocolate Factory offers wonderful customer service and a variety of chocolates for every occasion, including unique items like miniature schnauzer chocolates. They have locations in Port Coquitlam and Burnaby, with friendly staff and a great selection of chocolates that are perfect for special occasions. Customers praise the milk chocolate bar (salted & non) for its exceptional taste, which brings back childhood memories. The store features a variety of shaped chocolates, boxes of assorted chocolates, and individual chocolates at the counter, making it a good alternative to regular gift options like Purdy’s. Despite its small size, the shop has a great selection, including chocolate cigars and discounted items like 'Hugs and Kiss' candy. Parking is available nearby, with two spaces out front and additional parking right as you turn off the road. The shop is easy to find, visible from the main road, and has helpful, knowledgeable staff ready to assist with suggestions. All chocolate moulds are made at the Port Coquitlam location, and customers can order dark, regular, or milk chocolates in various shapes like airplanes, dentures, and houses. Custom moulding services are available for $300, with the option to order large quantities at minimal prices. Customers are encouraged to order in advance through the website.
