Chatime & ZenQ Coquitlam

Waited 40 minutes for 4 drinks I’m pretty sure the worker there didn’t know what he was doing the boba didn’t taste as delicious as I thought... ?

The drinks are amazing especially the roasted milk tea with grass jelly. They make the grass jelly fresh and not canned! However, the staff is slightly rude on the telephone. I asked a question that may have seemed obvious to them but I was taken aback by their attitude on the phone: they were quite rude. On the other hand, the staff indoor is has great attitude. Willing to wait as I think about my order and had tons of patience when it came to me changing what I wanted.

A couple of product offerings were not available. According to the cashiy, that was because the products were difficult to make. Why put it in the menu?!?

Undoubtedly good customer service but the owner needs to focus on the product quality.

Dear owner(s) or manager(s), could you please explain why you ask me to pay a tip when I making the order. I mean, I was not even served yet and I have not tried the product. Your know the purpose of the tip, right? Based on what factor should I decide, how much tip your workers deserve in my opinion? I will be waiting for your reply below.

Pretty good deal for one waffle and one bubble tea. It’s only $11, but both taste good!!

My parents always come here for the grass jelly with qballs. They told me that there is a girl there cooks qballs better than other staff. She is also friendly and always greet with smiles, unlike other staffs. They said they went in the store and took order with a guy before, the qballs turned out so hard and bad, he also looked impatient. But the girl doesn’t work often, only saw her working in afternoon sometimes,it is hard to bump into her working time. Maybe try to ensure your staff quality of work and skills and attitude too.

I ordered a large mango green milk tea, 80% ice, 0% sugar. I even had my chatime reusable cup. I got a drink that was only filled up 3/4 of the way even though I ordered a large, 0% ice, and way too sweet. It was like they didn't listen to my order at all or were having an off night. I couldn't even finish the drink but I didn't bother to go back and complain because the two girls working at the front were so unfriendly, I don't know if they would have done anything.

Uncaring staff. Charged for pearls and upsize when i was suppose to get 2 free large drinks as a gold leaf member. Put ice in a drink when it was supposed to be 0% and drink clearly has a lot of sugar when it was supposed to be 0%. I didn't bother exchanging the drinks and left. Don't think I will be coming back to this location.

Worst chatime location in Vancouver. I'm a big chatime fan and just so disappointed that the one in my neighbourhood just sucks. The drink quality for staple milk teas is not as good as other locations. The staff seems confused when they make drinks and don't care to make it properly. With all the new Bbt opening up in Coquitlam hopefully it is a wake up call to improve.

They messed up the drink. I asked for a chai latte, and instead got a Thai coffee drink. I found out there is a big difference. But the price was good, and the place is cozy. I could see myself comming back and giving it a second shot.

The Q balls seems like from yesterday. It’s so hard that you can’t chewing. Service bad too. I have been to other ZenQ. They are much better then this one.

Staff are terrible!!! They don't smile or greet you at all. I walked in and was trying to read the menu but noticed the cashier who stood there and waited for me to decide with such an unhappy and uncaring face! Place was also almost deserted! There was only one visible staff member and one other customer in the store. Location is hard to see from the outside, but the menu has a wide variety of drinks that are cheap and taste good.

Been a regular customer here for almost 2 yrs. Good food but worst customer service. (The lady today didn't even ask me if i want to order, no smile, no greetings, no thank you and my Taro Smoothie is freaking watery).
