Based on the reviews, Solar Pho is a clean and well-maintained restaurant with a nice interior that feels almost fancy compared to other nearby Pho places. The service is fast, friendly, and efficient, with one waiter noted for great energy. The food is consistently delicious. The broth is clear, rich, and flavorful, with a taste of rich beef bones. The Pho House Special and Pho tai are excellent, with very generous portions of meat. The grilled meat dishes are 100% flamed grill, not pan fried. The chicken salad roll is fantastic, described as the best in the lower mainland with a similar flavor to Vietnam. The menu could use a little work, and the chicken wings are served already tossed in sauce. The restaurant has a great vibe and is reasonably priced, with one meal costing about $10 less than expected. It is a new go-to spot for some, and a solid 4-star experience.
