Hello I am door dash driver…I always came to chipotle to pick an order for the customer. There is always one lady she is old I believe so. She will not treat well always she is so rude. I have seen many times my tolerance is now over that is why I am putting a review…she is not good please let her know treat everyone very well. I believe so her name is alex..I think she is general manager….i request to the owner please explain her.

Ordered ahead on their web app. Drove 15 minutes from my home to the pick-up window. Was handed 1 bag. Drove 15 minutes home. Received a call from the restaurant that they forgot to give me a bag. My wife's bowl and some chips and queso was not in the bag. The store said we could come pick it up or they could give us a credit. For what was missing! No compensation for the added time and frustration. We told them to throw out the missing bag because we were not going to spend a 1/2 hour returning to retrieve it. We phoned their head office and nearly the same result. Refund to my credit card for what was missing. No compensation for the our frustration having to make an alternate meal for my wife.How do we feel better? Mucho Burrito? Perhaps, but likely need to find a one-off Mexican restaurant with good food and especially good service!

Terrible!! Ordered a chicken bowl and a steak burrito. Lacking in toppings, extremely spicy, rice and beans is all you get. Go to Bar Burrito, you won't be disappointed.

I am in disbelief after the service I received today. I have a very severe dietary restriction and do not live near a Chipotle. I asked for an allergy card and when the employee I was talking to asked another store member where to find it, I received an eye roll from the other employee and the rest just stared at me. She then told the second assembler on the line that I had an allergy and he glared at me and took an extra dramatic time changing his gloves to let me know my inconvenience.Eating in public is difficult with severe risks coming from cross contamination, and I have seen my share of uncomfortable interactions with food workers but this was the worst. It is embarrassing sometimes, and people don't choose to have allergies or diseases.I should not have continued my service, instead I took a single order to go as we were hungry from traveling. We hoped to both sit down and enjoy food we don't get back home.Dietary restrictions: All is gluten free, but asking for an allergy card will get rolled eyes by the whole store and a glare when they dramatically change their gloves.Wheelchair accessibility: No handicap parking nearby

This place does NOT represent Mexican food, I understand that it is a commercial concept, but at the end of the day it is not even remotely close.The existing options do not attract attention in the least, I went to that place because I wanted to eat a dish related to Mexican food.It was disappointing to see that they have no idea that the food they sell does not match the concept they offer.

Went in to grab a burrito and bowl and was very disappointed. This was around 6 pm and it said they close at 10. They had no brown rice, second they had no barbacoa, veggie or carnitas. Only steak and chicken. I let it go. After , they come and say sorry but we also don’t have tomato salsa or any other except the red chilli salsa. Also they hardly had any lettuce and we’re being cheap with the portions. Next time just put a sign up or let us know before ordering that you’re pretty much done for the day. If I would’ve known I would’ve not ordered but felt bad after she had placed the rice in the bowl and the tortilla. I paid almost 30 dollars and didn’t get what I went in for as they had run out of everything I usually order. Never going to that location again.

Says you are open until 10pm but at 8:30 service was horribly slow and many of the regular fillings were not available. No lettuce for a burrito? No peppers and onions? Why do you even stay open if you can’t maintain your service? Napkin dispensers empty, you need to talk to your staff. Don’t know if I will return to this location.
Loved Chipotle for 5 years and tried it after 2 years. It is absolutely horrible. Too salty, basic, flavorless, dry chicken. A complete waste of money and time. No idea what went wrong.

Overpriced garbage...I don't normally write reviews for bad experiences. I figure there's enough trolls out there that I don't need to bother. But omg... awful. I ordered a Carne asada burrito, then asked for extra steak. So they threw on a bunch if the regular steak... when I said I wanted Carne Masada they looked at me like an idiot. I got the chips with a drink only to find out they are the one Mexican restaurant that doesn't give a free salsa with their chips... got back tonwork to eat my burrito and it was terrible. The steak was rubber. Not just one or two pieces were chewy, but ever single bite of the burrito. To top it off it cost 30.00. I know I got guacamole and extra meat. But $30??? Next time I'm going to taco bell. At least they're prices reflect the quality.
