I think I just ate the BEST eggs Benedict I’ve ever had in my life. The Beef Bulgolgi Benedict.AMAZING. Beef was so flavourful and delicious. How do you pack so much flavour in this beef? I’ve been meaning to check this place out and I had some time so popped in for breakfast before 11 (it got busy shortly after I sat down so best to come earlier before noon). I got the chicken and waffles and I was blown away by the presentation and the taste. The best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had! The crowded restaurant I arrived at attests to the popularity of this joint. I had chicken & waffles. They were great. The chicken was tender and well seasoned, and the waffle was crispy and soaked in syrup. There is definitely more chicken than waffles though.
