Had Mary Brown before, but this shop is actually pretty decent, with good service (thanks Khushi!)

Ordered 18 pieces of chicken, 12 biscuits and a gravy. Never received my biscuits. Store said they called. But I dont have a missed called from the store. Being known for biscuits you would think that you would update the website. Instead of substituting a chicken sandwich. Very disappointed

Really impressed with the food here. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, not greasy at all. The potato wedges were well-seasoned and the gravy was a great addition. Good portions for the price. Would definitely come back.

First time trying Mary Brown’s and it exceeded my expectations. The signature chicken was flavorful and tender, with a nice crunch. Everything tasted fresh and hot. Much better than I expected from a fast-food chicken place.

Shitty management. Workers are stressed and understaffed with no help on a busy night of $2 big mary sandwiches. Lineups are out the door, poor girl at the front had her hands shaking while packing the orders and I bet they only make minimum wage. 4 workers ONLY!
We waited 30 mins to just place the order and that too because people in front of us started leaving because of the wait time. I feel so bad for the workers because it's not their fault and are trying their best but there should be a manager or someone helping them. There were other customers that were waiting for an hour for their orders. I hope the head office sees this review and does something about the management.

I’m not one to post but waiting 47 minutes for a 13 piece chicken dinner only to find out I was shorted two pieces when I got home. Take your money elsewhere and save the disappointment.

Poorly equipped for dine-in customers. You have to specially ask the staff for basic essentials like napkins and ketchup - which takes forever - and then they make you feel guilty for asking. Should have gone to Popeye’s.

I waited 20 minutes for my food at this location, only to find out that my order never showed up on the kitchen computer. The employees saw me waiting the entire time but didn’t ask me anything or check on my order. They seemed completely indifferent. If I hadn’t spoken up, I probably would have been waiting there forever. Very disappointing experience.
