Honestly pretty disappointing considering how good the port Moody location is. The sandwich is soggy and the chicken isn't crunchy. It's a pretty sad chicken sandwich experience.

Food is generally good here but in my last two visits I got somewhat raw & stale chicken for my sandwich.

This location is dear to me, most of the times the food was good, except on my last visit, the poutine was very salty and my drink was missing from my to go bag.
I hope this will not become the norm… I am looking forward to go back and things to go much better than my last visit. Otherwise I might have to skip this location.

Ordered take out. Called ahead to have order ready but still took over 30 min after I arrived. Was missing a gravy and kept being told only 2 more minutes but after waiting so long I left without it. Place looked short staffed.
I don't know why, but everything at this particular location Mary Brown's taste bitter. The chicken, the taters. I don't know what it is. Maybe the cheap ass oil they using.

The servers were fantastic. Very courteous. It was the lady at the counters first day and she did great. Her trainer did a great job. We will be back.
