I have been to this location maybe 12 times was even there opening day and met the owner , i have been happy with the service and the food , but when they brought back the banana pudding i was happy to here this location had it from a friend living in poco , i went and bought a 2 piece meal and 4 puddings , i was very disapointed in the puddings , they had a taste of perfume to them , i didn't buy any pudding with my meals for awhile , the last time i went to this location with my daughter she bought 4 puddings and half of them tasted like perfume again , the owner of this location needs to figure out who is making the ones with perfume taste and fix this problem , i like to add that me and my buddy ride our motorcycles too many MB locations all over BC , Alberta & Vancouver Island , we have hit almost every MR's , We love the service and food

I usually have a great experience at this location, until today!!!! By far worst service I've ever gotten at Mary Browns!!!! I ordered 2 big Mary combos and a 3 piece chicken combo for dine in. They totally forgot the 3 piece combo!!!!! I hope service get better there because I usually get great service

First time at Mary Brown’s completely, not just this one. Unfortunately, it might also be the last.I ordered a 3 piece tender meal, the wedges, coleslaw, and the crispy chicken taquito things. She even asked me what dipping sauces I liked.I didn’t pay attention when she was ringing it up and that was my mistake. And boy was it ever because I didn’t get what I ordered. I also paid $25 something for the above.What I did get though was a 3 piece chicken meal, the wedges, two orders of the chicken taquito things, and coleslaw.I didn’t any of the chicken because I don’t really like meat with bones. Might have been good but I dunno. It did feel crispy though and it was hot. The temperature of the whole meal is why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1.The wedges, while hot, seemed not quite cooked. I did eat a couple and they tasted good, but they chewed like barely cooked potatoes. Maybe this is normal, I dunno.Coleslaw was fine. It was your typical coleslaw that you’d get in any fast restaurant.Chicken taquito things were good. Hot, crispy, tasted good. After I didn’t eat the chicken, I was glad I accidentally paid for two orders of these.Honey mustard sauce was good too!Also, there were like 6 fruit flies in the men’s bathroom. Not sure what that’s about but I didn’t factor it into my 2 star rating.Parking: Shared parking but it’s part of a larger complex so it’s unlikely you’d not be able to find a spot.

This place makes Mary Browns look so bad, food was cold, menu deceiving, and the customer service was garbage. The fries and gravy were awful and that's the best part. Disgrace to Mary browns and my hometown where it originated. I'm very disappointed ☹️

Terrible food. Terrible service. They only hire foreigners who cannot speak any English to work there. Before you get all excited about my comment, remember that our two official languages are French and English. If you cannot speak them, you should not be working in a service job. Pretty pathetic.They were really good before. Now, their spicy chicken is pathetic. It is nothing more than the regular chicken with a mountain of disproportionate spices thrown on top. Disgusting.I called them because I order 4 pieces, 2 pieces spicy and 2 pieces regular. They sprayed on so much of that spice that everything was "spicy" but furthermore, it was so salty, it was not edible. And why is the "spice" not in the batter? Saving money?Jasmine, who I spoke to there, was being difficult and told me that since nobody else complained, my complaint was not very viable. Really?She had to call her manager first. Really? Have you got any idea how pathetic you are? This is how you treat customers?She calls me back 15 mins later. Why? She tasted the chicken. Apparently, it is fine. So if I find a mouse in my box of chicken, if you make your own box of chicken and do not find a mouse in it, that means I am lying, right?This is pathetic. She finally tells me she will ONLY give me 4 pieces of chicken if I come in. So you want me to get in my car or book a taxi to come in, on my own dime, to "resolve" your issue?I said I cannot come in now. She said I can come in whenever, and tell them the whole story again, and they will probably give me the four pieces.This is the most pathetic excuse of customer service I have seen. Jasmine needs to be fired along with the management staff. Shame on you, Mary Browns. You are going downhil..Jasmine also emphasized no less than 4 times that I will only get 4 pieces of chicken and NOT the taters that came with as part of the combo.Cheapskates.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making my dining experience enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the overall ambiance was welcoming. I would definitely recommend them for a great meal and top-notch customer service.

VERY Disappointed, I ordered a Buffalo Mary combo, firstly the burger was a sloppy mess - the bun was wet & soggy?? which is strange as I unwrapped the burger minutes after purchase, also I asked for light sauce but it was drenched in sauce.. they ignored my request. The taters were okay but tasted slightly stale and some were very under done. Not happy with my experience as you pay more for their burgers and chicken but the execution was terrible - I don't think I want to eat here again given tonight's experience..
