I haven’t been at McDonald’s for a long time, they need to re-evaluate their business model … it was ok to get what they used to serve for cheap pricing….. but when you are paying close to $10 for a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese , the burger dripping in fat so the bun is soggy, the bacon is so small and thin you can almost see thru it , a piece of lettuce the size of a quarter and the small butt end of a tomato …. It’s time to spend a couple of bucks more and get a better burger elsewhere…..sorry McD’s that was the last sub par burger I buy from you!!Kid-friendliness: I came today because my niece and nephew wanted to play in your playground

The service was horrible. I didn’t get any napkins, they forgot my McNuggets, made me go into the parking lot to wait for my food even though it was empty, and they took forever to take my order and make my food.

I ordered drive thru and got a fries and when i got the food i asked the worker if theres ketchup inside the bag. They said yes and i trusted her and drove away, but when i check, theres no ketchup. They dont know how to work and all they can do is being careless about customer and lie. Minimum wage is too much for them tbh.
Coffee is great. The staff is not very smart when it comes to giving them CASH money most off they can't count will always give you back incorrect money. Be very careful when giving CASH money they will give back less. I find that a HUGE problem for me. I'm OLD SCHOOL I do still use CASH money from time to time. When I'm just buying a Sr. Coffee that $1.60.

It's always a bit messy inside. And if I use the drive through, occasionally they miss items. Also they constantly have you sit in the parking area to wait for your food which is frustrating. Food is fine, it's mcdonalds. The rest could use an overall improvement.

I am a truck driver and i walked to the drive thru and waited for about 15-20 minutes and i did not see anyone. There was someone on break and i had asked them if they could call someone to take my order in the drive thru window, but he completely ignored me. You're better off going into Costco when they're open to get better food.
