Kenneth served us today he is an excellent representative very friendly and keeps busy cleaning when he has time. We love that you now have oat beverage. We were at the McDonald's on Ottawa Street in Port Coquitlam.
It’s an average McDonald’s. The 20 piece McNuggets were standard but lukewarm. Have had it hotter and fresher from other locations. The Big Arch Burger was nice, fresh, and warm. The fries were cold and soggy. The drinks were standard. A bit of hit or miss for each item.
I went through in today's heat to get a cone and the voice on the com was friendly and polite. I hoped it was "that really personable and friendly woman" and it was! I often encounter Trisha at the first window and she is always so friendly and real and professional. Thanks for the great service, Trisha!
