Food was really good, portions substantial, but I have had better seafood fettuccine. The cheese on the lasagna got really hard when cooled and the sauce in it was tasty but not quite enough of it.The server was adorable and hard working. The place was nice.Parking is a bit confusing if you don't know PoCo that well. Be prepared to circle the block.

Ordered a meat lover’s pizza , the quality of the food is excellent. I’m not into spicy meats on a pizza and there was one topping that was spicer than I personally like . Others in the house really liked it…. Next time will ask before ordering ….

My family has frequented Sparta since way back in the early 80's when it was Empire Pizza. We've always had a good meal and time at Sparta however our last visit was amazing, both for food and service! Looking forward to going back again very soon.
