I have only just recently started using this Starbucks location. It is just wonderful! The staff are friendly and on the ball. They remember their customers... and yet it is a very busy place!... and greet them with a friendly smile. It has become my 'go to' place. I know I will always get good service and feel the great vibe.Thank you everyone, from Sabrina on down to all the folks that work there.Susan

This is my most local Starbucks so I order here a lot. 90% of my orders are either messed up or take an exorbitant amount of time to prepare (I’m talking 10 min for an iced americano at 1pm). Half the time my order is sitting on the counter ready to go while the barista stares into space ignoring me. Not sure where they find their staff but clearly they’re either not trained properly or not getting paid enough to do their job properly. Do better Starbucks.

Took 13 minutes to prepare a small coffee and a hot chocolate. When asked if they were short staffed the barista let me know they were not, but staff was busy in the back counting sandwiches. Quality top notch, staff was friendly. Could better prioritize on being customer focused.

I don't understand why every single time I order coffee with lactose-free milk and whipping cream, however, they are automatically not adding whipping cream to my coffee. Please, I don't need to remove it. Can the store make exactly what we ordered?

Please, multi-billion dollar mega corporation, pay your hard-working staff what they deserve, and don't guilt me into tipping them for pouring me a coffee. It's not the customer's problem that your staff is underpaid. I paid a high price for my coffee, and I shouldn't be burdened with the well-being of the staff who sold it to me. Taking care of your employees is your concern, not ours. On behalf of every customer you have, we hate this practice.

A few days ago my boyfriends father passed away first thing in the morning, days later we are still hurting just the same as we were the moment he passed, but the workers at this location have the kindest hearts. We were asked how our day was going to which we replied “not very good but thank you for asking”. When we got to the pickup window we were greeted by a girl with a friendly face and positive attitude and he let us know the drink was on the house today. This small gesture meant so much to us and made the rest of the day more approachable. Best location.
