My favourite PHO place
Best pho in Surrey, tasty and super affordable, a large pho and spring roll is just 17 dollars, and if you are more than one person you can pay less than 37 dollars for both people, and that’s including Tax but it is CASH ONLY. It’s a smaller sized space and offers more of a natural, localized feel but it has great service and fast turnaround.
