I did the drive thru. Normally Starbucks is very consistent but today I got a tall coffee which is smaller than it use to be. The problem was wrong lid. I put it on my cup holder and every time I tried to pick it up the lid came right off. If I grabbed the cup below the lid the cup gave and the lid popped off. The cup was overfilled and I spilled a lot of coffee. Mostly in the cup holder and around the sides. I have never had this experience before.
I went there when they were about to close in one minute but the employee still treated me very nicely with welcoming nature. She made me the best hot chocolate. I love the service and I will visit this location more often.🩵
