Disgusting staff having more people than the work no one is ready to take order just wandering free after 13 mins a lady takes order and the wait for the food was not worthit as food was more disgusting from the staff which makes to do vomit 😡😡😡

I think that this Tim Horton’s location is my most favourite out of all of them in the Tri-Cities, the staff are friendly and actually have the knowledge not to mess up your order, the atmosphere doesn’t really get that busy and the food is the classic chef’s kiss Canadian comfort food. If you’re not feeling like Coffee today? No problem! There is a Wendy’s next door in the same exact building like an indoor food court with 2 restaurants!

EDIT: I made a report. They said they would report it to the store and that was it. So what did that do, that this review didn't? Wasted my money with the coffee and my time with the website feedback.

We waited an hour at 1 am just for them to say they don't have ingredients after we checked with them every 20 minutes
Clean and presentable; welcoming staff even at early morning (before 6am); notwithstanding a very busy drive thru the staff promptly attend to in person orders.

Started my order at 12, and waited for a couple of minutes where I was told that they didn't have bacon and would swap it with turkey. Where I waited for a whole hour while checking multiple times, just to be told in the end that they don't have my order AND the ingredients. Furthermore when I asked for a refund they replied that I had to come back in the morning
