This is my go-to Tim Hortons location; overall it has a friendly feel. I wish they had kept the retro styling from about 5 years ago but since it has been modernized.
Staff is sometimes confusing and seem like they are in a rush, but overall are very friendly. I would suggest going to the Wendy's location right next to it if you are planning on getting food. For donuts, coffee or drinks then Tim's is perfect.

One of the best brewing coffees among the rest of Tim Hortons. I am an avid but plain Tim horter and have been drinking their various chocolate / french vanillas since last decade or may be even more. Since late 2023, I guess this franchisee may have upped its coffee brewing techniques and it’s been one of the best coffees you can taste atleast in lower mainland I can say. I have tried various Timmies franchisees (sometimes -ve quality experiences) but no other timmies coffee...

Parking: huge parking lot and very quite
