ordered 2 salads Thursday about three, bluecheese salad not bad, cobb salad not good, uncooked bacon, rubber chicken, wilted lettuce.Staff seemed more interested in talking and playing around than looking after the customer, Bad service for a Wendy's
I ordered a Frosty-chino thing in the chocolate flavour and when I got it, it tasted of water with a hint of coffee flavour. I was really disappointed because I have ordered a frosty-chino before, but in the vanilla flavour and it was delicious. I don’t know if it’s just the chocolate flavour that makes it taste like water with a lick of coffee, but it made me really sad and it tastes so bland I didn’t even want to finish it.
I received the best service from Rajpreet. Very welcoming and polite.
Answered all my questions while smiling. I felt like she really wanted to provide excellant service and she sure did. I left Wendys feeling like I was a valued customer.
Great job Rajpreet.

Wendy's offers great service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy a quick bite with friendly staff, but be prepared for a busy environment. The drive-thru can be disturbingly fast, but the food always tastes good. Menu highlights include the Crispy Chicken Nuggets, Dave's Double with Cheese, Poutine, and French Onion Cheeseburger Single Combo, all served warm and tasty. Wendy's is good for a quick breakfast or dinner and is a good treat for the family, with excellent service, as staff are understanding and willing to correct orders, even sending complementary items like fries.
