Tried to pick up a mobile order. I was told to leave the drive thru come back around in 5 minutes to pick up my order even though I had already placed it 10 minutes earlier. So I had to come back around and wait in line twice. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant and you want me to drive around and waste my gas and time waiting for my order to be completed and pad your drive thru times. Absolutely ridiculous figure out what your business is because you serve trash food. You should at least be quick about it.

This is a review after 5 visits to the place.I'll start with the good - the place is clean and the noise level is low. On to the not-so-good...Do you enjoy being ignored by the staff who see you and try to hide... all this during the non-busy hours? Do you like receiving food that does not match your order? If you enjoy testing your patience, this is the place to go to! For everyone else, stay away. There's a reason why Wendy's side is empty in the the shared Wendy's / Tim Horton's establishment.

Ordered through Skip The Dishes- waited over an hour and a half for my order, to get not even a quarter of the food i ordered, and the food i got wasnt at all what i ordered. (I ordered 2 meals- with fried and drinks, plis 2 additional burgers). I got 2 burgers and neither were what i ordered. Ive messaged STD in their chat several times with now answer- called Wendys and they told me that it wasnt their problem. It took over an hour and a half and was a 55$ order- will never order from skip OR Wendys ever again.
