All of their staff is under trained I guess. Once I ordered a double double but the girl barely put any sugar in it. Another day I ordered a toasted bagel with butter and this another girl put so much butter on bagel that it was all leaking. Even the paper with which she wrapped it was all wet with butter. I believe the staff should be trained well.
What really sets this place apart is the staff, the service was way better than I was expecting. I had to grab the names of André, Giovanni, and Jacey. They went out of their way to provide the special requests I had for my order. New favourite Tim Hortons.
