I visit several Tim Hortons locations almost daily, but at 1:10 PM on June 9, 2025, I was truly impressed by a drive-thru staff member whose warmth and kindness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at any store in the past five years.

Can't say anything about the inside or the staff on the inside since I went through the drive through.
But when I order a chai tea latte, then I expect a chai tea latte, not a coffee latte with tea bags in it.
I did not have time to turn back to exchange the drink hence I leave the review.
Money thrown out the window for a drink that tastes like ass.
This is not the first time this happened to me (different facility), I feel like there's a lack of training there.

I keep coming to this location because of the super nice people that work here. I literally drive by 5 different Tim Hortons and at least 5 Starbuck on my way to work but will stop at this location every morning because of the wonderful staff. Everyone here is super friendly and kind, always greeting me with a big smile. Thank you to all the staff especially Arshman, Sukhdeepkaur and Pahul. Keep doing what you are doing. Several times, the receptionist did not understand the quantity I requested and always gave me a smaller quantity. I always order regular coffee, but it is often sweeter or bitterer than regular. Overall, I am unsatisfied.
