This is our usual Tim Hortons that we visit. The staff are really friendly. Dheerij and Manjot have served us many times. We order cappuccinos and sausage breakfast sandwiches on bagels. They know what we're having each time. We do usually order the same thing, but they serve so many customers. They make us feel special and are always so kind with taking our order. This is our favourite Tim Hortons, because of these staff:)

Pro: Food is good. Con: 1. They are rushing to get the order, we can see or check what is there. 2. To avoid this, I did mobile order 2nd time, but the item is unavailable and they're giving some alternate instead of cancelling it as I paid already. Need to improve manual or online service.

Disappointing Drive-Thru Experience – 9 Sept, 4:21 PM I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru today. The person taking my order was not paying attention and seemed more focused on giggling and chatting with other crew members than actually taking my order properly. When I reached the window, my food was handed over carelessly and again, the same unprofessional behavior continued — more laughing and side conversations with other staff, with no basic customer interaction. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this level of service was unacceptable. I hope the management takes this seriously and reminds the staff about the importance of professionalism and basic customer service

I have been coming to this Tim Hortons a lot… like at least 3x a week (don't judge me!) and I have been lucky enough to get to know the staff at the window. Everyone I meet there is sweet, has a smile, a kind word, makes up my order fast and really seems to care. And while I don't know everyone's name, I do want to highlight some extra special people I see often:

Pahul - my girl! She ALWAYS has a smile on her face, always a sweet greeting and always professional. She makes little hearts on my wraps and cheers me on a cloudy day. Sunshine personified!
Suhkdeep - An absolute angel! Always excited to say hello and always wants to make sure my order is perfect.
Dheeraj - He has such a gentle, kind way about him and is forever in a good mood. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him *not* smiling.
Arshman - This man has mesmerized (several) of my orders! Plus he always goes out of his way to say hello!
Gina - I have seen Gina at this TH for years. She is always prompt with my order and always greets me with a cheery “hello ma’am!”
Manjukaur - one of the newer folks I've gotten to meet, she is always a delight.
Shout out the following folks who I don't see as often, but are always professional and friendly to me:
Luis, Heidi, and if I forgot you on this list and I see you all the time, please know I adore and appreciate your hard work!!!!
I want the Tim Hortons CEO to see these names and treat them ALL to something special! They deserve it and more! These staff are the main reason I spend my money at Tim Hortons and not their beverage/food competitors.

Just 5 mins ago from this post, I order a large dark roast , no cream .....I got a large Cream with some coffee in it ..... they Can't deliver something so simple ....just BAD
No washroom available, the lady at the counter was quite rude too.

I visit several Tim Hortons locations almost daily, but at 1:10 PM on June 9, 2025, I was truly impressed by a drive-thru staff member whose warmth and kindness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at any store in the past five years.
