My daughter had ordered the delicious dacarons from Earthling Foods in December, and then received a notice for a class there in February. We both attended and had such fun. We had hands-on instruction about making small dacarons and a mini-cake, and the experience was so enjoyable, both in instruction and atmosphere. I would highly recommend this bakery and the class offered there.
Staff are always so nice and friendly, and able to answer all the questions.
All the goodies so have tried so far are delicious - I especially loooove the salted caramel and black sesame dacquoise!
