Staff are always so nice and friendly, and able to answer all the questions. All the goodies so have tried so far are delicious - I especially loooove the salted caramel and black sesame dacquoise!

My daughter had ordered the delicious dacarons from Earthling Foods in December, and then received a notice for a class there in February. We both attended and had such fun. We had hands-on instruction about making small dacarons and a mini-cake, and the experience was so enjoyable, both in instruction and atmosphere. I would highly recommend this bakery and the class offered there.
