Top Notch Catering

My experience with Top Notch is an easy 5 star! They catered my wedding of 165 people at the Sky Hangar. The Sky Hangar has a very small kitchen, despite this, Tiaan and his team still successfully served a 4 course plated dinner with hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour. The food came out fast, hot and delicious with zero hiccups. My husband is Italian so food is very important to him at a wedding. He asked Tiaan and his team if they could do a fully customized menu. Not only did Tiaan agree, but he showed excitement. They even let us bring in a jar of homemade pasta sauce so they could try to replicate the flavour. Their communication was amazing and thorough. We would 100% recommend Top Notch and Tiaan is incredible!

We had Top Notch Cater our wedding last May and they were amazing. We had a plated dinner and they met all our requests and our guests dietary needs. The food was excellent and our guest really enjoyed the choice of options and the bread, salad etc as well. Their staff was on time, all very professional and worked efficiently the entire night to make everything smooth. Tiaan answered all our e-mails and questions leading up to the event and was very helpful in every way. We would highly recommend them to cater your wedding!

We used Top Notch Catering for the backyard wedding we had for our son. Tiaan explained everything clearly, and promptly responded to questions we had before the event. It was my daughter’s wedding and I was hosting the ‘day after BBQ’. Everything had to be perfect! …. and Top Notch catering made sure it was. Tiaan was patient with all my questions, changes and updates. The food was delicious and the serving layout was very pleasing to the eye. Daniel ensured the food arrived on time and was beautifully arranged.

We had a small outdoor afternoon wedding on a farm. Top Notch was wonderful to work with. Tian and his team provided the picnic lunch that the bride and groom hopes for. Everything was fresh and presented beautifully. The guests raves about the sandwiches which were obviously prepared on freshly baked bread. I would highly recommend Top Notch.

Amazing food! We had the Deluxe Buffet for a 60th Surprise Birthday Party. I had so many complements on the food from our guests and people particularly enjoyed the Maple Glazed Salmon and Lasagna! Tiaan was very prompt in his communication (from initial enquiry to day of event) and the food service was efficient and seamless. Thank you for making our event so special.

Catering for our wedding was absolutely top notch! All of our guests loved the food and made very enthusiastic comments about how good it was. The server was so sweet and attentive while the chef was knowledgeable and very professional. Definitely recommend hiring the chef as they were able to help our guests navigate what the ingredients were. 10/10.
