I visited this Wendy's last on July 2, Wednesday. I went through the drive through an hour before they were to close that night. I ordered really simple burgers such as two JBC's and two spicy chicken burgers. The same order I make at every single Wendy's i go too. I also tried to order a strawberry lemonade, but when I got to the window the lady told me they had none left and tried to hand me a regular lemonade, I politely said I really didn't prefer regular lemonade and would it be okay to dump a small portion of that lemonade out of that cup and mix that cup of lemonade with some strawberry Fanta? The lady then filled a new cup up with just straight strawberry Fanta and handed it to me.. I took it because at the time i had believed her. Later after driving away I couldn't even drink it at all because it was not what I wanted at all and I did not like the taste. But anyways, They said it would be a five minute wait for fresh chicken burgers which i was more than happy to oblige and go park nearby and wait. I got my order and drove away and ate my burgers.
The next morning I woke up so sick with Food Poisoning from this Wendy's. I had to call in sick to work I was feeling so ill.
Not cool. Hire some people who wash their hands, and can understand basic customer service.

I had a very upsetting experience at the Wendy’s drive-thru today. I placed my order around 10:45 Pm and went to the pickup window to pay with cash and redeem a coupon, which I forgot to mention at the speaker. When I told the staff member Simran at the window, she responded with rude and disrespectful language, saying, “Next time explain everything at the front,” and blamed me for causing a long line — even though it was a simple mistake and not my fault at all.

What made things worse is that she didn’t even give me my drink with the order, and I had to wait 15 minutes. Her tone was aggressive, and the way she behaved was very embarrassing and unprofessional.

Staff should be trained to handle situations politely and respectfully, especially when dealing with customers. Simran’s attitude and behavior were completely unacceptable and made me feel disrespected.

I hope the management seriously looks into this issue. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

I had a very disappointing experience today while picking up my order from Wendy’s. The staff member named Simran was extremely rude and unprofessional. She lacked basic manners on how to speak with customers and shockingly was using abusive language about me while talking to her team members — clearly loud enough for me to hear.

Yes, the store was busy, but that’s never an excuse for such disrespectful behavior. As a customer, I was waiting patiently, even though the pickup time had already passed, and I still expected to be treated with basic decency.

This kind of conduct is unacceptable and needs to be addressed seriously. No customer should be disrespected or spoken about in such a manner by any employee, regardless of the situation.

I hope the management looks into this issue and takes proper action to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Just got a DoorDash order….Mistakenly I have ordered burgers with meat earlier .. called them to remove meat but unfortunately my order was already dispatched.. So I put another order in .. The girl I talked to was so understanding that not only the corrected the order but also sent some fries complementary.. Sorry for the inconvenience and Thank you for a excellent service..👍

Worse than other Wendys. Crumpled buns and thinner burnt patties, more akin to McDonalds. They don’t provide napkins or dine in trays either

If I could choose zero stars for the customer service I would. Went through drive thru Jan 24 at 7 pm and we ordered 2 frostys and chicken strips and sweet and sour sauce. I got given our bag and I looked inside and there weren’t spoons for our frostys NOR the sweet and sour sauce. I waited by the window for a long time and finally a girl looked around and came to the window and I said we didn’t get spoons for our frostys and she gave me one spoon and I said we have TWO frostys so need another please and she actually rolled her eyes and gave me the other spoon. I mentioned then we didn’t either get our sweet and sour sauce and she with a pouty face tossed a sauce at me. We drove away and it was plum of course AND no napkins in the bag either. Like seriously just horrendous

It is found that Wendys have some kind of timer running in their drive-thru and if the order takes a while they don't want customer to stand in drivethru and would ask customer to drive around the premises and come back after 5 minutes, so they don't miss out on their customer serve time… what a way to cheat the timelines… has anyone experienced this apart from me???

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. The customer service is extremely poor — the staff are rude and unprofessional, and they argue with each other in front of customers. It gives a very bad image of the brand.

Disturbingly fast drive-thru, but the food always tastes good.

The burgers from the location on Schoolhouse Street always taste old or burnt. This location is consistently better.

Something is wrong with the patties here! They are not like the other Wendy’s locations. The patties here are thin and squished like dry smash burgers. This is not a normal Wendy’s as their patties and product quality are so much worse and different than all the Wendy’s locations I’ve been too. The burger patties were thin and dry and the buns were both dry and stale. Wendy’s headquarters needs to come do some quality control at this location as it’s the worst Wendy’s we’ve ever been too.
