Something is wrong with the patties here! They are not like the other Wendy’s locations. The patties here are thin and squished like dry smash burgers. This is not a normal Wendy’s as their patties and product quality are so much worse and different than all the Wendy’s locations I’ve been too. The burger patties were thin and dry and the buns were both dry and stale. Wendy’s headquarters needs to come do some quality control at this location as it’s the worst Wendy’s we’ve ever been too.

Overall good experience, Wendy's is good for a quick breakfast or dinner and is a good treat for the family. If you plan on going to Wendy's I suggest NOT using the drive thru, as there are many issues that often happen admist the chaos that is the Wendy's Drive thru.
The food is fairly good, I am always happy to eat a quick Wendy's Meal.

We waited in line behind someone with a large order, and were told they were closed an hour before they actually closed (they did let the person in front of us order and there was no one else behind us), forcing us to back out of the drive thru after waiting in line. And she was rude.

Hadn't been to a Wendy's in really,really long time ,due to the steady decline in Quality and Quantity. The other day I decided to give it a try again, BIG MISTAKE !! , Pulled up to the drive thru and tried ordering my Sandwich. The employee acould hardly speak or understand English,. After a few minutes of her playing the guessing game of what it was that I was asking for. Somehow she finally figured it out. As I was driving I opened the bag, first of all no napkin, (soon realized it wasnt needed anyways) , upon unwrapping the sandwich I noticed it was stone cold. I took a bite and almost chipped a tooth as the patty was rock hard, extremely overcooked,and squished down to the thickness of a piece of paper. Not sure what type of processed cardboard the patty was made from but in no way resembled any type of meat I've ever eaten ! The bun was hard and stale, the 1 pickle and tomato had been hollowed out leaving just outside edge. Instead of leaf lettuce they used shredded and just put it around the edges of the bun to make it look like a full piece. There was MAYBE ,at best, an eye dropper amount of condiments applied. All for the special limited time price of $4.20 !! The profits being made from this place must be astronomical !!
The quality of the food is absolutely disgusting and I just threw my burger in the garbage. I seriously have no idea what I was just served. Took one bite and something tasted off, the bottom of the burger was black with stuff peeling off the bottom. Meat was dry and the bottom bun was slimey. Last time I ever eat here.

Ordered double pattie burger and the patties were paper thin and dried out, leaving me wondering 'Where's the Beef'?, and small piece of bacon placed to to make it look like it was more than one piece. Will never spend money at Wendy's again as they lost me as a customer. 🤮🤮
