If we have experienced any issues, I contact management and they are dealt with immediately.

The hotel had at least three hockey teams staying in it, but a waitress seemed very frazzled when HALF of our team came in one evening for dinner. We were tossed around to three waitresses before one would take us on for the evening. I just think if a hotel is nearly fully booked…..the pub attached should be prepared for busier than normal days. The food was decent though

I had a great time at Nax’id’ pub. I had the burger and it was delicious even on a gluten free bun. The staff were super nice and welcoming. Great place to grab a bite and watch a game or show.

Ordered the fish n chips after seeing pictures of it and good reviews.... sadly the worst fish n chips i have ever had. The fish was thin and over done to the point it curled like a pretzel, each piece was maybe 3 bites and gone for $27. Menu says halibut but i doubt it was. Only wished i had taken a picture to prove it. If i were working the kitchen i would have never allowed it to leave the kitchen. Server was good at her job so I tipped on that.

Food... Amazing! Service... friendly with great smiles but didn't come to ask how food was or refill our drinks until we were done. 😔 Atmosphere needs warming up, too wide open and noisy.

I ordered the seafood linguine mostly because I wanted smoked salmon and they served it to me without the smoked salmon. When I pointed it out, I had to physically show that it was missing. The server said the kitchen said nothing to her and when she came back that they were out of smoked salmon. The dish without it was bland and flavourless. They charged us for the dish even though I said it was not what I wanted. The atmosphere was noisy and it took forever to get our bill. The others in my party were told they were out of something so they could change their order but I was not. It was upsetting.

Delicious food, excellent service and a wonderful indigenous menu!! I had the BLT and they were able to make it on a BANNOCK BUN and let me tell you!! 100% we will be back!!

Such a delicious restaurant with excellent service, delicious food and great prices!! I’ll be dreaming about the onion rings!! We will be back whenever we are in the area, this is our new favourite restaurant in Port Hardy!!

We had a great meal here! I enjoyed the maple bacon bison burger, and my partner enjoyed the brisket on toast. We were surprised by the generous portions of fries which were tasty as was the side of gravy. Our Caesars were also made to perfection.
Service was fast, attentive, and very friendly! Sean made our experience very enjoyable. Thanks! We'll be back next time we are visiting, for sure.

We visited on a Tuesday night, it was not busy at all. After we seated, we have been waited for ~20mins to be served……. Even we made eye contact with the waitress, they still ignored us…… And after we ordered food, we have waited for more than 45mins for the food to arrived. The environment is fine and the food is normal, but the service is unacceptable!
