Warm to cold food. Poor service. Long waits for service. Chinese tea was luke warm. Deep fried foods were excessively greasy. Chinese food items did not have much flavour.

Service was very slow due to lack of staff. Food had very little flavour. All deep fried foods were excessively greasy. Just about all items were luke warm, even my Chinese tea. The sweet and sour sauce, for the deep fried wontons, was not fully heated, so it had not fully liquefied. One appetizer was finally delivered with one of the final entrees, after everyone else had finished their appetizers. The above issues were experienced throughout our table of eight. Nice enough restaurant space that is being poorly run. WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN and will advise others not to eat at Seto's either.

Worst food I have ever ordered. Chicken chow mein, chicken fried rice and sweet and sour pork. No flavour, no ingredients very cheap not worth a dollar! Stay home and make your own!

Seto's is a disappointing shell of what it used to be. The food quality has gradually decreased while the prices have increased. The Chinese food is often lacking in taste and quality. The chow mein has no vegetables and averages six "pieces" of chicken on top, nine if you're lucky. The sweet and sour chicken is often chewy, and the Chop Suey lacks crunchiness and flavour. I will say, the breaded almond chicken is great despite all their shortcomings. All in all Seto's has fallen in terms of what it used to be, and is a sad shell of what it once was. However, this is the only restaurant in town that serves this type of food, and the breaded almond chicken is good, so I'll undoubtedly be back here like a moth to a flame.
P.S
They have a robot impersonating a cat that delivers food to your table. So if you're excited about that I got good news for you

I don’t understand the negative reviews, the new owners food seems just as good, if not better than the old. There is never a mistake on my order, the waitress is always very diligent in ensuring the order is filled correctly.

Worst Class Service, waited one hour for the starter. Was not offered or asked about drinks. Had to ask for a napkin. Had to ask for a fork. Was served the main course together with the starter. Wow - could make for a TV show ?
