I ordered a bun less Mozzarella Burger with lettuce instead of the buns. They gave me lettuce that was horrible quality and was rotting. They poured the sauce all over the burger. When I called them to complain the worker was very disrespectful. I asked to speak to the manager and the worker on the phone said the manager was not here at the moment. I told them I was going to leave a google review and then they put the manager on the phone. Overall the food was inedible and disgusting while the service was even worse and disrespectful. I will be reporting this branch to A&W Canada.
