Really great place for a coffee or snack. The kids corner is perfect to keep little ones entertained, with books for the slightly older younglings.

The lattes are delicious. Their gluten-free muffin is the best I’ve ever had. I wish they’d open a location near where I live.

We love Black Sugar! We've been coming with our kids since it opened. They have so many fond memories of coming here. The food is homemade. The staff is so welcoming and kind.

I love this place! The food isn’t very good in my opinion but the drinks are great. And the customer service is wonderful. Would recommend stopping by for a coffee.

Lovely little cafe with lots of GF & vegan options. We tried the hummus wrap (not sure what it was called lol) and coconut peanut butter balls and they were both so yummy!
My toddler loved the little, cozy play corner.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of Vegan and GF options!
Kid-friendliness: Nice little play corner with a play kitchen.

We were up early on a Friday and decided to walk to Black Sugar for breakfast. The latte was smooth and rich, just the way I like them! I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich. The chocolate on the peanut butter cookie made it too sweet, so I’d suggest having the option of some plain cookies (but it was delicious regardless). Lots of seating when we arrived. It was cool to see the art for sale.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan options.

Cute little coffee shop. Good variety of bakery snacks and sandwiches. Drinks were good, service was a bit slow. The hours are a bit strange, tried to come here different days but they weren’t open.
