Just what you expect. Food was very good, drinks were delish.

Our Server, Estonian girl, was such a pro. From menu recommendations to attention to details, she helped us navigate an amazing experience.

I always love going to Browns but this is my first time at the Newport location, and honestly I was very pleased. Drinks and good were delicious, and my bartender Charlotte was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend

I just received my “Skip the dishes” order from here. The detail in the labeling of the food containers and everything g else was perfect. You could tell who ever packed it up is a type A personality when it came to attention to detail. I am grateful. 10/10!!!

Something I appreciated about browns was the ambiance they set and the delicious key lime dessert.

My friend and I came in two weeks ago and this is what we had to say about it:

Atmosphere: Was very nice vibe. Good music. Nice interior design of the restaurant. Felt very comfortable. Great place to also come in and do some work on your laptop as well.

Food: Was above par. Burger and fries were very good and at a great price too.

Service: Cooper was excellent. And apparently some ladies told me he was still in training apparently. When I hear that I was impressed because I thought he had worked there for a while. On the contrary haha, the lady helping us was not my cup of tea. She was sour, unfriendly, unhelpful and not very likeable. Just a suggestion, maybe if she just spent more time focusing on her personality and developing it better, she would perform better at her job and overall better person. I guess there are some people who aren’t aware of these little things I’m seeing…. Hopefully others start to catch on as well….

Atmosphere: Really nice; chill. I would do work there any day of the week, that’s how relaxing it felt.

Great experience in Browns for the first time! We went there for a lunch and we loved the food and the service! I can tell the foods were made from fresh and high quality ingredients! I highly recommend this place.

Ordered a sushi roll, seaweed was super chewy, all good - they remade it.

Veggie sandwich came out and had bacon on it. I get it, mistakes happen, it's how you deal with them that matters, no one seemed to care, I saw at least 2 managers, no one thought it was worth popping over to apologize. Would look elsewhere.
