Enjoyed our dinner at Brown's. We ate outside as it was a warm evening. Service was great. Food was delicious. Recommend!

Absolutely impressed.
2nd time going back for a dinner meal and was not disappointed at all. It's a little pricey, but in my opinion, totally worth it. Steak was cooked to perfection both times and the accompanying pasta was delish.
I do suggest another lager option on tap though, š»

Came in on Sunday with friends to do a little bit of celebration, unfortunately the services was not what it used to be. Food was consistent no issue there. But our server after delivering the food, never returned, we finished our drinks they sat empty servicer passed us as multiple times as if we didnāt exist. When he finally came around to ask, if we were wanting new drinks, it was too late and we probably asked for our bill. I will not be returning for some time to this location. PS the tip reflected the poor quality of service.

I canāt say enough good things about Browns Socialhouse. Every time I visit, itās more than just a night out ā it feels like coming home. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between vibrant and relaxed, and the food never misses. But what really makes it special is the team.
Huge shoutout to Tati, Lucy, Paige, and Jacob ā you guys are absolute gems. Whether itās a quick drink after work or a full night of catching up, they always go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and taken care of. Friendly, professional, and genuinely fun to be around ā theyāre the kind of people who turn a good experience into a great one.

Repeat customer; Went 4 dinner on Wednesday July 16/2025 @ 6:45pm with a date as usual but this time our order took longer than usual & when it arrived that our waitress had completely forgotten all about our appetizers(1 x Hot Wings & 1 x Dry Ribs) but instead they brought out our steak dinnersš„µ
Ofcourse I kept my cool but after taking a bite & trying to control my cool & waited 4 our waitress, when she finally arrived & I flagged her down & asked to why our appetizers wasnāt there already as expected!!
She than apologized & tried to take our appetizer order once againš¹till I clearly interrupted her and refused as it was already too late since they already had our main course outāļø
ā¢How ever one Lšks @ this that itās wrong šas she should had listened to our order well! Cause while I was ordering earlier on, that she was writing our order down, So how could she had not heard meāļø
Usually with any other waitress there, after everyone has ordered that they repeat the order just incase they missed something; But with this particular girl that she never repeated our orderāļø
As I said as this wasnāt our first rodeo @ Browns Social House restaurant in Newport Village in Port Moody & we have never had this experience @ this location before.
I was with a date & she really was looking forward to her āHot Wings orderā which was very disappointing that never happenedš
Itās time to give other restaurants in the neighborhood a try cause @least they wonāt forget half my order & specially when Iām on a date.
In any case that I gave her 20% Tip as I would had anyhow
I was very disappointed š as she should had @least repeated my order out loud before thinking that we never had ordered any appetizersāļø
After all I spent $164(including her tip of $30), so I expected to get the service for it which definitely never happened.
