I ordered a mini pepperoni pizza this morning. The pizza was cold and stale, and I threw it away after just a couple of bites. I found the staff to be flippant and un-attentive. I won't return.

I got to the store around 6:08 pm to pick up some bread for dinner and a young lady with earrings on her nose (black) and studs in her cheeks. I spotted a fly inside the glass display which I mentioned to her and she rudely replied “there is nothing I can do about” I found it disgusting and careless to say the least. She just did not move to correct the issue. WOW! Based on this incident I would never purchased my bread nor goodies at this location 154 Brew Street, Port Moody Terrible customer services 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I recently had a wonderful experience at Cobs Bread, thanks to Simon, who turned what could have been a stressful day into a positive one. I was incredibly frustrated after thinking I had misplaced my wallet, and Simon stepped in with such kindness and patience. She went above and beyond to help me during that situation, showing a level of service that is truly rare these days.
