We had such a good experience here. The servers Bug and Logan were so polite and friendly. They were talking to my kids and helping me choose things. My favourite Cobs experience yet!!

I got to the store around 6:08 pm to pick up some bread for dinner and a young lady with earrings on her nose (black) and studs in her cheeks. I spotted a fly inside the glass display which I mentioned to her and she rudely replied “there is nothing I can do about” I found it disgusting and careless to say the least. She just did not move to correct the issue. WOW! Based on this incident I would never purchased my bread nor goodies at this location 154 Brew Street, Port Moody Terrible customer services 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Amazing Customer Service at Cobs Bread – Simon Deserves 10 Stars!
I recently had a wonderful experience at Cobs Bread, thanks to Simon, who turned what could have been a stressful day into a positive one. I was incredibly frustrated after thinking I had misplaced my wallet, and Simon stepped in with such kindness and patience. She went above and beyond to help me during that situation, showing a level of service that is truly rare these days.
Simon’s calm demeanor, attentiveness, and willingness to assist were remarkable, and she made my day with her perfect customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care and attention she provided, reminding me that there are still people out there who genuinely care about their customers. Simon’s outstanding service was nothing short of amazing, and if I could give her more than five stars, I absolutely would. Only complaint is some of the workers dont look like they like to respond or serve customers. I wish the branch would hire secret shoppers to expose and fix the problem.

A Sutter Brook/ Port Moody bakery. Even though it's a chain, it has delicious options to choose from. I try and grab something delicious once in awhile myself.
Parking: Free one hour underground parking available. Then pay parking.
