Mark came to our house and served the most delicious 3 course menu. He meticulously presented a course from his family’s experience in Costa Rica. Each dish was an art piece that had us all drooling for the next course. He explained each menu item and provided tips for replicating some of the components. Mark’s easy going manner and friendly nature provided a wonderful backdrop for our family to relax and enjoy the meal together in the comfort of our home. When he left the kitchen was in perfect order. I look forward to future occasions.

Highly recommend hiring him for a special at home experience.Chef Mark was a great communicator and helped us sort out the menu. I hired Crisp Cuisine for my law firm holiday party. I was frustrated with caterers having a set menu and not 'catering' to my specific needs. I desperately wanted a caterer who I could just give the parameters to and they would come up with something that worked. So, I found an ad for Crisp Cuisine and told them that I wanted a holiday buffet for 25 people with at least half of the items being vegan.
Well, were my expectations ever exceeded! The food was amazing and plentiful. There was turkey for the meat eaters and I am told it was among the best that people had tried. The vegan brownies were to die for, the kale and quinoa salad just perfect, and don't get me started on the risotto!
This was my first time hiring a caterer and I honestly could not be more pleased. Everyone raved about the food, it came on time, was hot and fresh and they came back and cleaned up everything afterwards. I absolutely recommend this company.
