I live 30 minutes away, yet I regularly choose to visit this Dairy Queen because it consistently provides the best experience. The customer service here is exceptional — staff are unfailingly friendly, attentive, and take pride in going above and beyond for their customers.

I especially appreciate the accuracy and value when placing mobile orders. Portions and sizes are always correct, which is not the case at other locations in BC, and directions are followed with care. This reliability sets the Port Moody DQ apart.

Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality service and consistency.

Super disappointed in this place . Ordered a cake to be picked up on Aug 1. Paid for an edible image and writing to be on the cake . Person taking order said no problem . Writing was to go around the edible image . Again person taking the order said ok . Edible image was sent to the store . Picked up the cake; it looks like utter crap and is missing the image on the cake . Called the store 4 times and on the last call they finally answer . Was told we can’t do anything contact the manager Tuesday . No one called to say hey we never got an image or image was too big . I’ve ordered Oreo blizzard cakes before and they never looked this horrible . Called yesterday and got no answer . Seems to be the trend at this place. Staff are very undertrained and lack basic communication skills.

So bought 3 blizzards today $28 later.. got a Reece peanut butter cup large blizzard and had to pay extra to add cookie dough!!! Husband comes home with it and start eating it and no cookie dough!!! Try to phone to complain, no one answers!! So I wasted money and didn’t get what I want after having to pay over $10 for a blizzard!!! So not impressed!!!

I came to DQ tonight and order mushroom burger combo. Asked for ketchup and said two times. A gentleman got my order and after passing me the bag, I realized there is no ketchup in it. Drove to drive throu to ask for ketchup. The line was closed. Just parked my car and went next to window to get my ketchup. There was a gentleman who saw me with the DQ bag but he even didn't pay attention that what I need . Just hung the close sign on the window and left . I believe the awful customer service he made and the way he treated me is unacceptable. As a customer coming 3 times a week, I felt that I'm so WORTHLESS AND UNIMPORTANT for that customer representative. I will escalate this issue to head office since I cannot ignore that misbehaviour.

We recently ordered a birthday cake from the Dairy Queen in Port Moody, and I’m beyond impressed with the amazing service we received. They created the most beautiful and detailed scan of our cake’s design — and they did it all on such short notice! It turned out absolutely magical.

The cake brought so many smiles on her 9th birthday and made the celebration unforgettable. You can truly see the care, effort, and creativity they put into every detail.

The staff was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Highly recommended for anyone wanting something special — thank you, DQ, we love you! 💖🍰

Had an ice cream log cake from here and the ice cream was very fresh as if we were eating fresh soft serve. It wasn’t the neatest cake ever made but it was still delicious.

Do want to say that the building is falling apart with a very obvious mould/water damage type of smell that's bad enough to not have me visit again. No way this has gone unnoticed, so management is deciding not to fix for the comfort of customers.

Extremely unhappy, we ordered 2x cheeseburger meals and were given burgers with no cheese, onion, tomato lettuce and bacon. We do not eat bacon for religious reasons and have never had this issue before. My fiancé ordered a flame thrower burger and the top bun wasn’t in the box it was thrown at the bottom of the bag. I’m actually shocked with how our food came, never ever had an issue with Dairy Queen until tonight. Be warned if you have religious food preferences do not go to this location.
