I ordered 6 Donair.. 4 with flat wrap, and 2 with pita. They all came with flat wrap. All I can say is the 2 people who ordered with pita were disappointed. It ruined everyone's meal.

I used to be a huge fan of Donair Dude when it first opened in Vancouver and was a consistent customer for over 10 years. I moved away so havent had it in years, just tried it tonight and am so let down. First of all, it was so tiny and flat, i thought that they got my order wrong (large Chicken donair). There was barely ANY meat or veggies, and it was so dry even though i got sauces. Taste was very mediocre. So sad to see such a great place go downhill so much.
Also, they now have limits on the amount of sauces & spreads you can get, which makes it even more dry and unflavorful.
Don't think i will ever reorder.

New ownership cuts corners on everything including the A/C and they give hardly any meat even when you pay for a large. The staff don’t have a clue about customer service or how to treat regulars. There are much better options than this place.

I visited Donair Dude , couple of days ago, and I was pleasantly surprised! The donair was packed with flavour — the meat was juicy and perfectly spiced, and the sweet sauce was just right. The veggies were fresh, and the wrap held together nicely without getting soggy. The staff were friendly and quick, even during the lunch rush. The place was clean and had a relaxed vibe, although the seating area is a bit limited if you're eating in. Prices are fair for the portion size, and you definitely leave full. I’d definitely recommend Donair Dude if you’re craving a solid donair or shawarma-style meal. I'll be coming back!
