I’ve been coming to this place for quite some time but I have recently noticed the attitude of the servers unbearable. Too bad, I like the coffee but I am not willing to tolerate this unpleasant attitude.

Cashier was very rude ! She didn’t even asked if it’s take out or staying in coffee shop and when at the end we said it’s for here she acted frustrated and said next time tell me at the beginning of it’s for in !!!! I mean that’s your job to ask

I visit this local coffee shop fairly often, but I’ve noticed that the taste and presentation of the coffee can vary a lot depending on the barista. Sometimes when I order a latte, it comes out in a way that makes me wonder why I even left a tip. It makes me think that tips should be based on the quality of the coffee.
Additionally, I’ve observed that three of the staff members can get very loud and laugh a lot, without paying much attention to other customers. It can be a bit distracting.

I’ve been going to JJ bean for a long time now. The food is delicious- there are many different options based on your dietary needs. The espresso is incredible- so flavourful! However, this review is for Jordan! She’s such a thoughtful manager- I called this morning with an issue of my pre bought espresso. She not only recommended I come back to the store to get what I needed. She then proceeded to find a solution with my espresso maker so I didn’t need to come down and make the switch. Jordan is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and kind. Whether you're there for the food or the coffee or the people- it’s a great atmosphere!

Very busy location. However, I was disappointed to see the barista cleaning the tables and the top of the trash bin with the same cloth. I did mention it, but the response was that it would be washed afterward. Unfortunately, that doesn’t feel reassuring from a hygiene standpoint. This raised concerns for me, and I may think twice before returning to this location.

If you buy a cup of coffee from JJ Beans l drink it there a mug rather than a to go cup is $0.15 cheaper. I forgot lately. Its not listed anywhere at the counter. Just a reminder. They are on Food To Go

Love this location, the staff are very friendly and service is always so fast :) one of my go to coffee shops in Port Moody!

Last few times service was less than decent (no eye contact, not personable or friendly, not sure if they even said hello). I find their coffee too bitter (I drink my coffees black). Beyond that, atmosphere is fine and the muffins are good. I used to come here regularly for the everything croissants, which they no longer make so I will not longer be going out of my way to come here.

Expensive, mediocre quality, slow drink production, condiment bar is dirty.

London fog isn't steeped, it's just a teabag with hot water and milk. Starbucks is better.

Amazing coffee and snacks! Evan was super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Always love coming to this JJ Bean.

Staff are aloof and the drinks are not nearly as well prepared as the other locations I frequent.
