Took 20 minutes to get a coffee. Staff was making their own lunch. One person working the bar when the rest of the staff was socializing. Brutal.

JJ Bean is my favorite coffee shop, whether it's just to chill or sit down and do some work.

Lately the Americanos here have been awful. For almost $5 I expect a bit more than a shot of espresso dropped into a cup of hot water. Gross.

I come to this JJbean daily, and every time I'm greeted with friendly faces and good coffee. The staff members are incredibly accommodating!! I don't like to leave my dog out, as it's illegal and there are too many variables. The staff kindly hold my dogs lead while I run in and tap to pay!! It's such a pleasure to see my dog raise their spirits. They even brought out coffee to somone who was nervous to leave their bike out! Customer service is difficult, draining, and comes with the impossible caveat of making everyone happy. We are all in this world together, and in a society, compromise so all can be comfortable to a reasonable degree. Human beings don't become robots when they put on a name tag and work. Keep that in mind, reviewers, when leaving a bad review.

Second Review and Last Experience. I recently visited this cafe again and unfortunately had a very poor experience once more! The staff were extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. From the moment I walked in, I felt disrespected as a customer. I had to wait a long time to place my order because they were standing in the kitchen, laughing, and ignoring me even though they saw I was waiting. I ordered my muffin for dine-in but they put it in a bag, which I let slide. Then, I saw them making my coffee in a paper cup. After reminding them three times that my order was for dine-in, they threw my cup in the trash and served my coffee in an inappropriate cup. I feel very sorry for the Management that, due to poor staff selection, causes customers to have such a terrible experience. I will definitely not be going back there and will certainly share my experience if the topic ever comes up.

Decent latte and muffin. My husband is a fan of their donuts and he’s convinced me to share a few with him over the years. There always seems to be a busy crowd here. There’s a loft upstairs with more seating and some tables outside in fairer weather. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.

My favorite coffee shop ever. Perfect atmosphere, too. The food is delicious, I recommend all of their wraps. Decent amount of seating across two floors. Very cozy place to get some work done or chill for a while.
