I’ve been a semi-frequent customer at the Kokomo locations in Vancouver, but this was my first time at the Port Moody location. I stopped for a quick lunch and got the bean burrito. I’ve really enjoyed everything I’ve tried at Kokomo and this was no exception. The burrito was flavourful and very filling. More complex flavours than the usual Southwest-style bean burrito. Good vibes. The staff person up front was very friendly and always had a smile. The store design is bright and fun, and the tables were kept clean. Vegans, vegetarians, or those inclined toward plant-based eating will most appreciate Kokomo, but the food is interesting and objectively good enough the I’d recommend it to anyone looking for something healthy but inspired.

the food here is so good! i tried it for the first time today and had the bowl with the almond noodle dressing and i absolutely loved it. i'm not even vegan and want to try everything on the menu! 🩷 definitely a new go-to spot.
Thank you Staff of Kokomo Port Moody for a wonderful meal! I have coeliacs disease and it can be very difficult to eat out / get take out food confidently with staff understanding cross contamination😄 my mom and I had the Lemongrass Noodle Salad bowl and the Laksa Curry Noodle Bowl, both were devoured quickly once we made it back to our accommodation 😋 will be repeat customers over our summer here!

From Hero to Zero... We have been ordering takeout from this location for the past year or so. While the recipes are awesome, the quality of our food varied vastly and yesterday was the last straw that made me decide to never get food there again.
We often order the Beet Poke Macro bowls and on more than one occasion now we have been served the completely spoiled edamame hummus. By spoiled I mean a putrid mass with horrendous smell and taste. When fresh - it's my favorite ingredient in this bowl. However, every time we order it now - it's a game of chance.
Sad as I am to write this review, I would recommend to stay away from this location. Their food quality control is wonky and it's a miracle that none of us got food poisoning yet. I am not willing to risk it any longer, therefore - Goodbye, Kokomo...

I’ve been to Kokomo many times since it opened, and have never been disappointed. Everything is so delicious and fresh. I often find myself trying to recreate the recipes at home but can’t seem to do it as well as they do! I guess I’ll have to just keep coming back. :)
