Messed up order. Small coleslaw is equal to a spoonful. Not very tasty compared to other chicken places. Much better places for chicken close by.

False advertising! Big Mary the size of a snack size at Popeyes or a fancier junior chicken. Don’t go hungry.

Like any fried chicken place

To start off this review, we drove 18 kilometres just to get some chicken to eat. We were very hungry when we got there, we ordered a 13 piece combo but when we got home, we realized they gave us 12 pieces. Some people might say its not a lot but to keep into consideration we spent 58 dollars. That one piece lost us 5-6 dollars. Not very happy about the service but food tasted ok. I am going to churches or kfc next time.

When we came and ask for my husband's birthday gift, which is the great yummy Big Mary Crispy Chicken Burger, you are so nice with big smile and not scared away by our scary ghosty mask, but also bless us happy birthday and helped us taking pictures! Don’t expect to get any 5 Stars service here as the regular cashier(short brown girl) has 0 customer service; While standing in a line up, We being 2nd in lineup that the East Indian cashier allowed the last guy in lineup to order 1st‼️

Very unprofessional if you ask me.

Very disappointed in this kinda behaviour.

As soon as we ordered & right after that I complained to her about her bad customer service as she shouldn’t allow the 3rd person in line to order 1st.

She apologized for her actions but clearly when you’re hungry & waiting patiently in a line up that you clearly don’t expect this kinda service @ anywhere.

For the above that I give this location 1 out of 5 stars.

"I had the most clucking amazing experience at this restaurant! The service was top-notch, and the chicken dishes were absolutely finger-lickin' good! Our server, Parminder, was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He recommended the signature chicken wings, and oh boy, they were crispy perfection! The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. I'm still raving about the service and the food quality. If you're a chicken lover like me, you owe it to yourself to try this place out! 5 stars and a big thumbs up from me!"
